What the New Website Looks Like

This is the rebuilt site for Coastline Electric. We designed it to load fast on mobile, make the services easy to find, and turn visitors into enquiries without making anything complicated for the owner.
  • Clean service pages, one per job type
  • Simple quote form — no long questionnaires
  • Click-to-call for emergency enquiries
  • Real project photos presented properly
  • The Challenge

What wasn't working

  • The old site was a single page built on a bloated theme — over 6 seconds to load on mobile, which is where most emergency electrical searches happen.
  • Every service was crammed onto one page, so Google had nothing specific to rank for high-intent searches like "EV charger installation Tampa".
  • There was no way to tell which jobs came from the website, so the owner had no idea whether it was earning its keep.
  • Our Approach

What we did about it

01

Mapped the money searches first

Before touching design, we listed every service the business actually wants more of and matched each one to a real search term with local intent. That list became the site's page structure.

02

Built a page per service, per area

Dedicated pages for panel upgrades, EV charger installs, rewiring and 24/7 emergency call-outs — each with its own copy, photos, FAQs and local schema markup.

03

Rebuilt lightweight, not layered

Hand-built templates instead of a page-builder stack. Compressed and lazy-loaded imagery, no render-blocking scripts, and tested at four screen sizes.

04

Made every lead traceable

Call tracking on the header number, form submissions pushed into the owner's inbox and a simple dashboard so 'did the website work?' finally has an answer.

  • The Outcome

Where it landed

  • A service-area site where each job type has its own page, so the business competes for specific searches instead of one generic one.
  • Mobile load time that holds up on a 4G connection in a truck, which is where the emergency calls come from.
  • Clear reporting on where enquiries originate, so marketing spend can be judged rather than guessed at.
"The old site was embarrassing and slow. Now when someone searches for an EV charger install near us, we actually show up and the phone reflects it."
